Pros

Home Office 1 month-training Law benefits Making a carreer

Cons

Training leaves you underprepared: trainers dont have teaching techniques, theyre just employers with some product knowledge They expect unrealistic results from you Trainers dont care if you learn or not Overall the company is poorly managed Most of the employees had to go work on-site after three months and if dont comply they force you to resign (Our wave #92 where I was at, started with 34 trainees and ended up with 4. We all left due to hostile work enviroment and bad training)

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
