Cons

If you are having any tech issues, forget about it. Those issues count against you even if it is not your fault. This will cause you to miss work unnecessarily and lose money.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
