Pros

It's a great place to work for having an all out support from head down to our trainor/facilitator, they value us as an employee, making sure that everyone is involved. I have an amazing experience starting on my application (easy process) trainings and now nesting. There is forever here in foundever!

Cons

Honestly I don't think any downside working in here because they just giving everyone an opportunities. It's up to a person and their perspective wether to stay or not. But for me, I am always grateful to this company.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
