      Cons

      After training, you realize you weren't trained on anything you are doing (because you can't get on the software). Many people find it overwhelming at the beginning.

      Pros

      The trainer made the learning very engaging. She made questions a priority and made it very comfortable asking them. The learning material was a lot but very necessary.
