I have done two lapses at Sitel; desperation made me return.
The first time I stayed a year. The second time, I couldn't even manage to stick around for two months.
I didn't think it was possible for the staff to be treated any worse but apparently it it.
You're lucky if you even get ten seconds in between calls. There is no support for difficult calls, 'managers' don't want to deal with it. The processes are backwards. There is not enough staff because we are treated like numbers instead of human beings; that's okay though because they make up for that with their 'tea runs'.
After training and grad bay, you are put out onto the floor with little or no support; may the odds ever be in you're favor.
Favoritism is a huge thing here, if management dislike you, you won't progress.
There is no sympathy for any kind of illness, even if it is your children. I would never return to this godforsaken place.
