Pros
FFG is an amazing place to work! I have built many great relationships at FFG and feel like we are all a family. It is comforting knowing that I am working with people who all have the same goals and that we can all take pride in our work. It is not a job to me...it is home.
Cons
There aren't many cons to working at FFG. I do think there could be some improvement on communication between departments. This could help us to be more efficient if we all know what to expect as things are always changing and evolving so it would be helpful for everyone to be on the same page from the beginning which would help us to be more successful in the long run.
