      Though it feels like a start up its not really one, meaning the work feels important like its new, but there are already systems in place that contradict that.

      Cons

      Hours can be weird. though there is work from home, there is not work/life balance. too often then not, work feels more like life and life feels more fleeting.

      -Lack of Pay transparency -Passed the interview with them, couple more emails back and forth about how eager they want me to start. Yet once I asked what’s the pay, they ghosted me. Speak volumes about their pay and professionalism.
