      Pros

      Management is proactively creating new systems to smooth the operational flow, and good care is put in place by line managers to lead the teams. Overall a great environment and a sense of unity across the department, enhanced by solid team building.

      Cons

      Outdated ways to manage the full order cycle, and slow career progression. The Customer support Department wasn't evaluated fairly in terms of recognition and monetarily for their job.

      Pros

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Cons

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
