3B is a great floor with amazing RN's & CNA's, superb teamwork & support. Everyone is focused on providing quality patient care. Great family feel on the floor.
Cons
Pay is average for RN's, 12 hour shifts are long and very tough on this floor, pay doesn't seem to match the demands put on RN's or CNA's.
