Pros
Cool benefits like unlimited use of carsharing cars, interesting application with a lot of potential, nice coworkers, international product, nice team events, growing company.
Cons
Poor management, no trust or development (education) for employees, bad product management, unclear goals, high turnover, in my opinion unfair pay, not-flexible hours, decisions are made top down, many unfulfilled coworkers.
