If you choose not to do the business, you can be a referral partner—just by getting licensed and being able to officially get paid. So many pros for $125. A real deal! Tons of training. You just have to have ambition and drive and the sky is the limit. I am super happy here. 3 years strong. Follow the built for you system and the income is literally guaranteed. It is not MLM - it operates on the same model real estate brokerages are ran - yet no one called them MLM. It is a franchise like system - you build your own business on the FEG platform. Cons
You have to show up a ton = to zoom calls, but it's very worth it. I wish they allowed switching teams. Some teams are more sucessful than some. I wish they had a section on the website for clients and not just the potential recruits - it causes me to have to create a site for by clients - who will get confused by the current recruiting looking website.
