      Pros

      Great people on ‘ground’ level, with strong work ethic, however most of the good staff have / are leaving

      Cons

      APAC Area shows poor leadership that really shows little understanding of both the day to day agency workings and the future direction in which everyone should be working. Eternal rotation of ‘secret announcements’ being kept quiet until the last minute or premature ‘announcements’ / impulsive decisions that give little trust or stability to its staff.

      Pros

      Work is fun and never dull, ESOP is a good benefit and there are some really great people that work there.

      Cons

      No training, everyone out for themselves, catty environment, hard work doesn't count anymore, only the "perception of your brand" and gossip counts so people who know nothing advance and people who speak up or have an opinion do not. Directors are being put into place that shouldn't be - they are not experienced and don't know how to do the job of the people who report to them. They rely solely on hearsay and don't judge you on your work.
