They pay well compared to other agencies.

Working for the XP/agency is not worth the high pay. It's incredibly disorganized, lacking in true leadership, and overall the management is toxic. The workloads are extreme causing little work life balance and there is limited diversity. There is a HIGH turnover rate for a reason.
