Pros

1. From the first call, I felt welcomed and informed, thanks to talent and HR team who walked me through every detail. 2. Even before I joined, I had a clear understanding of the role and what would be expected of me. This level of transparency gave me confidence in my decision to join the company. 3. Being a UK-based company, there's an invaluable opportunity to work with international clients. As an Indian professional, I find this enriching and it broadens my perspective on global operations and product development. 4. Working in a product-focused environment has been an eye-opener. I get a first-hand experience of product development, deployment, and the client benefits, which provides me with deep understanding of the entire lifecycle. 7. The company celebrates every festival with enthusiasm, embracing diverse traditions as a family. The Mumbai office ambience adds to the joy, creating an inviting and inspiring space to work. 6. Overall, Joining this company has been one of the best career decisions I've made. The role, the exposure to international clientele, and the hands-on product experience make it an exceptional place to grow and develop professionally. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their career horizons in a supportive, innovative environment.

Pros

Nice peer group to work with

Cons

Terrible management, the company was always strapped for cash but upper management was completely manic so they would make wild hires and then start firing people because they had no money. Any revenue is tied to one huge client so when they inevitably pull the plug on this experiment the company will fail.
