Remote work environment, which helped me moonlight at another job.

Cons

Constant changes with the roadmap , directives, rework and emotional swings by CEO. Tavares is the worst person and a real snake.

1970’s office culture: you get talked down, criticized in front of large groups of colleagues. It’s just a very outdated type approach to talent. I would avoid. There’s tons of good companies hiring out there.

Terrible management, the company was always strapped for cash but upper management was completely manic so they would make wild hires and then start firing people because they had no money. Any revenue is tied to one huge client so when they inevitably pull the plug on this experiment the company will fail.
