Pros

A few co-workers are decent people.

Cons

Worst training period you are thrown into rush hour freeway traffic with minimal instructions with a stick shift (1st time driving) people literally walk out from the poor training environment within hours of their 1st day you ask for clearer successful instructions they will fire you within a month if you don't pick it up though the training is poor senior employees walk out daily at shift ends with headaches migraines and exhausted from the stressful overload turn over is extremely high as you "Might" get paper instructions on how to perform duties in your 2nd week "AVOID" this place at all costs good people should not be fired because you provide poor training!

Pros

Good, clean working environment; Employees provided with up to date technology and most tools to complete the job; Employees provided with free drinks in breakroom; Decent bonuses. Nice team members to work with.

Cons

Advancement within the company is not based upon your skills, but whether you are liked by 5 key people.Too many political games played in this company. Your supervisor's opinion and expectation of your performance does not matter to your advancement within the company. Each employee has more than one manager, as well as HR. HRis too involved in day to day activities, rather than HR remaining the objective and neutral department. HRdoes not complete thorough investigations into complaints and will side with management rather than investigate the problem. Overtime work is the expected norm, without employee complaint or comment. Too many meetings to talk about what needs to be done. New employee and new product traininng is non-existent. An employee must have the assignment in writing for it to be valid. Expectations of employees performance and job duties varies from management personnel. Vacation and holiday time off is the bare minimum. Email, cell phone and text messages are company property and are regularly perused by management.
