- Structures in certain teams make it hard to focus and develop your full potential - Problems can be addressed and you are being listened when you provide ideas on how to improve certain situations. You´ll even be told you are right and they´ll thank you for the feedback. However! It takes them very long - too long - to implement these changes... Nevertheless, 5 stars because every company has issues and it is worth to mention that Freightos has a very transparent way to manage them.
