Pros
2 years ago - a few things. Today - not much. Place was much better before it was turned private and became a place where you dreaded going everyday. At least they make good salads though.
Cons
Ownership under the Cutrale Family. 95% of the work force has quit since they took over, and the other 5% are on their way out. Benefit cuts. Promotions to all the wrong people. The accounting department doesn't know the difference between a debit and a credit. Logistics is a nightmare. Everything is so micromanaged it makes you wonder why you even bother anymore.
