Loved this job But lost it unfairly - Floral Merchandiser Fresh Support Employee Review

Worked with this awesome company for about 1.5 years. I got to travel around the USA a bit too! If you like to travel, it doesn't happen too often but if you offer up your availability to help in other states, via grocery side or floral they will definitely keep note of that! Opportunity to move up like anything, you have to put in your time. Show you can take care of your floral stores and that you don't need a babysitter and you will move up and bon on the bosses good side too. You CAN also offer up more working availability and the manager / boss will love you for that.

Hours have been cut down twice since I was there, up to 28+ hours a week to 32 hours (which is part time before that. So I wouldn't rely 100% on it, however you can ask for more hours and cover peoples shifts if approved which it will be most times. Also there are lots of changes happening but in good ways so just stay positive and embrace the change. They are trying to make things better for the team all across the states,

Can set your own hours somewhat and gives you some freedom to do your own thing.

Training wasn't great and will get in trouble for not doing things even when you weren't properly trained on how to do them. You have to use your personal phone for everything and are not compensated for it. Not a lot of direction on how things are supposed to be set or where to look to find out.
