Can set your own hours somewhat and gives you some freedom to do your own thing.
Cons
Training wasn't great and will get in trouble for not doing things even when you weren't properly trained on how to do them. You have to use your personal phone for everything and are not compensated for it. Not a lot of direction on how things are supposed to be set or where to look to find out.
Semi Flexible, but with constant messages and emails to your person phone on non working hours

Contradictory training and direction from emails and phone apps. No true training in person.. Severe micromanagement from target and fresh support management. Zero support and training from management. Constant criticism despite in-store work success. You will not get a raise. In fact they lowered the starting pay $2 an hour from when I started.
