Pros
Drivers start around 15 warehouse around 12.50 plus activity based compensation. Company pays 3% into retirement without any employee contributions. Long term job. Plenty of OT to be had.
Cons
Little bit of disconnect up and down the management structure. You have your assignment daily and you complete it, it's great. Most work days are 10 hours.
