      Great pay and offer a pension

      Cons

      Your first year you will be the one who has to take on all forced overtime either coming in 4 hours early or 4 hours beyond shift. It's required. It was very stressful work and always being watched for write-ups

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
