Pros

The hardworking and loyal cystomer-facing employees who give their best to the company every day because they truly care about their customers.

Cons

The management that collectively has no compassion, no interest in employees as humans, don't see any reason to reward good work or years of service milestones with anything-not even a congratulatory email. Completely stone-hearted. Also constantly expecting employees to do complicated, technical tasks with little to no training.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
