Pros
You will learn how to configure many devices as you learn the network. My co-workers were very helpful in understanding new technologies. The supervisors and directors were very knowledgeable .
Cons
There is no room for advancement within the company unless you move to Florida. The Sr. management team made most decisions without consulting the employees who performed the work everyday. there was a disconnect once you got beyond director level.
