Zero forward planning. Forced to sell products that are not being advanced in capabilities or speeds unless the government pays for it. Engineering is lacking in all aspects and does not receive training to keep engineers relevent in techology. Executives increase the bottom line by removing all higher paid support personnel, caping pay, removing commisions and leaving the problem solving to a technician in the field without any support nor access to systems that do not work. Senior Management is out of touch with the operation of the company and solely focused on selling without providing products and services consumers want. Senior management has no relevant operational activity expirience. The Board of Directors do not have a member that has real word expirience in telecommuncations operations.
