They talk a Good Game, but, don't know how to play it.
Cons
Management rules by intimidation and threats. A hostile workplace describes it best. Captive audience group meetings are fruitless. Here is an example of the intimidation practiced by management. One manager told his workgroup, "This is a new company...we fire people!" He surely struck fear into his group that morning.
