      Pay is good for the area but well below the industry standard.

      Cons

      Cut backs and layoffs to service in order to fuel new high level management additions. Benefits are a joke. Cultivating a culture of micromanagement. Out dated equipment. Input is not valued.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
