Pros
Frontier offers a lot of work challenges, which makes my job very rewarding. They offer a great compensation package, excellent time-off policy and flexible time. They truly care for their employees and are customer-oriented. Many procedures are put into place that gear to making customer experiences rewarding.
Cons
For the short time I have been employed, there is nothing I would say negative about Frontier Communications. They are very pro employee and pro customer.
