      Pros

      Very good company to work for. Good benefit and retirement plan for all employees. Frontier communication also pays 100 % for tuition .

      Cons

      Services are not all available in some areas. Frontier management is working on expanding their services to more cities and reducing prices to win more customers.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
