Pros

Salary is competitive, benefits are decent and the people/co-workers are professional.

Cons

The C-Level is clueless, new VP in the Central Region is an inexperienced amateur, he has never run an organization or carried a bag. His attempt to turn the region into a call center is going to fail. Antiquated systems, the commissions have been capped. Preparing for T-mobile purchase.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.

very unorganized, it was a new division so we figured it out along the way
