Pros

Enjoyed working with my colleagues on a daily basis.

Cons

Some disconnect between management and connectivty specialists. Lots of pressure to hit numbers that are a stretch. Few people were hitting the lofty quota goals. No considerations were given to different territories and the customer demographics, casuing some challenges for making quota expectation.
