As others have said, Auckland operates in a bubble and the sales team was ignored for so long. When they spoke up they were blamed and fired. People are routinely silenced and the company values are worthless. Unethical behaviour is covered up. Sales are micro-managed by incompetent people unqualified to manage, lead or even sell. Zero investment for years (its publicly available data), cash burn is excessive, clients are leaving, with very little to no net new revenue and forecasts constantly downgraded. The product is struggling with support unable to provide quick fixes. The CEO and founder who was side-lined last year is now merely a figurehead. The power sits with the President who seems divorced from reality. If this isn't a crisis then what is? If you want an example of blatant lies then search for the 'Director of Sales Operations from London, England', who posted a review here last August and the company commented. This position does not exist, it's a lie. Search on LinkedIn, you won't find it.
