Overall, it was an average interview process in 2021. About 4 interviews in total, with a presentation to the department leads. There could have potentially been 5 rounds but the last one didn't move forward.
5 interviews before they concluded I didn’t have industry experience they needed. I told them that in interview 1. Lucky escape really. They also wanted working at APAC and AMER timeframes
- first interview with tech lead that was late to the meeting , infact sent the meeting invite only 5 minutes before hand - problem to take away at home that was easy but had out of scope projects that were irrelevant to the role description - second interview with developers that were extremely rude in how they were talking to me. Some wouldn't even address you directly. They were definitely a male dominated team and had issues dealing with a female candidate. At least from my experience
