      Pros

      Working on interesting projects with a high level of responsibility, which has given me a fast and steep learning curve.

      Cons

      There is very little room for career progression, which makes building a career quite difficult. Young talent is not recognized, and management is not willing to invest in it. In addition, the employment conditions are extremely poor.

      Pros

      Communicative upper management. Great people to work with and fantastic opportunity for growth. The company treats their employees well and provides a wonderful work/life balance. The opportunities are endless for growing in your career and continuing your education with Fugro. Overall a wonderful and supportive place to work.

      Cons

      My only con is that I feel the yearly raises aren’t as competitive as other companies in similar industries.
