Decent benefits, friendly hard working co-workers, opportunity for upward movement.
Cons
Terribly managed (4 different managers over the course of 5 months), poverty wages with no or little yearly raises, boring useless work, old and poorly ventilated open office space, low grade equipment, purely profit driven corporate structure with complete detachment from grievances of their workers.
