Run for the hills - Anonymous employee Fugro Employee Review

I can't even list what department I'm in for this review, as it will literally put a target on me for retaliation. Very high-school clique-ish. If you don't get in on the clique, you will go nowhere w/ this company. HR is an absolute joke, cannot be trusted & will only ever side w/ the pre-approved list of "favorites." You will not get raises, and bonuses are discretionary by senior management, which means if you're not on the list of favorites, no matter how hard you work-you will get nothing. Pay is not competitive for the market, hence the high turnaround-combined w/ disastrous senior management-it is not worth it to consider working here.
