Pros
The job is a great place to start your career, generally some good people to work with and you get to travel the world and go places some people will never see.
Cons
The pay did not reflect the work. As senior experienced people left the company did not try to keep the little that were left and ultimately lost them too. Couldn't get projects finished anywhere near the due dates due to issues with systems that they no longer had the people to fix/maintain. Technology got old very quickly because management didn't invest the money in the technology both hardware/software.
