Departments don't communicate well at times

Some of the students and some co workers are good to work with. Beyond that I can't think of anything.

The curriculum is a joke, instructions not matching assignments or the labs not working. Students are rightfully upset about this... Management doesn't meaningful help and will label you the problem if you bring it up. Honestly unless you're desperate I'd save your sanity and just work somewhere else. This company has went way downhill the past few years.
