Open and friendly atmosphere, fantastic people, interesting projects; you're being trusted and given enough freedom at work. Employees are shielded from bureaucracy and can concentrate at work. Regular beer Fridays, holiday celebrations.
Cons
Overcomplicated business structure which leads to overall inefficiency of the company and was the reason for the latest waves of layoffs. The illogical decisions of top management in this situation are probably caused by personal motives and complex relationships.
