Will call meetings to discuss a subject, get universal pushback, then do what they wanted anyways. Cowboying things into prod without talking to anyone. Firing anyone that isn’t bootlicking or working too many hours. Breaking code, then demanding others fix it. Has fast become a toxic nightmare and anyone worth anything is leaving or planning too.
