Reached out to by recruiter, followed by 3 interviews with the team. Team was approachable and kind, easy to schedule. Made it to the final round and ultimately got no offer, but notification was prompt and detailed

Question 1
What tools are you comfortable using for data analysis?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Function Health in Jan 2026
Interview
I was referred to an open role on the recruiting team. I went through the entire interview process - initial interview with the team, live sourcing challenge, final interviews. The team seemed nice and the product works. However, I was ghosted after several interviews. We also talked about compensation a few times and they were in the process of "closing me". what a disappointment. some of their HR/recruiting leaders also started leaving the company. This company is probably a mess internally. What a waste of time.

Question 1
tell me about yourself, sourcing challenge, behavioral interviews with different people across the team - nothing out of the ordinary
Very unprofessional interviewer. Showed up in a baseball cap and t shirt and didn't ask a single follow up or clarifying question. Just read the single question off the sheet of paper and stared blankly the entire interview save for one disapproving smirk and then hung up after 13 minutes
