      Painful experience - Senior Occupational Therapist Functional Pathways Employee Review

      Pros

      Corporate offered education with set training programs for Therapist/Facility education including powerpoint presentations -though all time spent on learning/ presentation had to be “made up” on productivity

      Cons

      Worst management ever from day 1 rollout/ takeover. “Let go” of 3 consistent staff members from the takeover. All about company greed- productivity and mgmt demands and little care for the actual employee. I took two significant pay cuts working for this company and it was still brought to my attention if a billing issue cost them $20 in a monthly review. If you arent meeting expectations- mgmt style is to beat into submission or force to quit.

      Amazing patients to deal with

      Cons

      Next to none of training your thrown into the position. There is so much favoritism. Supervisors never want to hear your concerns or complaints.
