Next to none of training your thrown into the position. There is so much favoritism. Supervisors never want to hear your concerns or complaints.

Good pay rate Sweet patients

Cons

Zero training or onboarding. Upper management could not care less about staff after hiring. An unsafe experience happened that went unaddressed entirely. Management won’t return emails or calls unless your productivity dips. Poor staffing ratios.
