Pros
Very nice facilities, good backing with ABC and Univision, a lot of young people who are excited to get things done
Cons
If you're not prepared to be a freelancer who gets no benefits and no general respect, you probably won't get a job. They will tell you that you might become staff soon with no follow through. This is not necessarily a Fusion problem, but a South Florida TV problem - this area is awful for this business unless you're at the top of the totem pole. You would think that an exciting "start-up" might be different, but no.
Complete lack of communication, from HR during hiring process, to supervisors, to management.
Network has great backing with ABC and Univision, and while some of the content is interesting, a lot of it is flat out embarrassingly bad.
