Pros

The salary is alright and most of the other employees are pleasant to be around. Some of the problems are interesting.

Cons

Some members of management are extremely difficult to deal with as they have no real technical ability (some breadth, no depth) and because of this they can confuse knowledge of terminology with intelligence. Some employees have been "dressed down" publically. On the other side of things, few of the analysts seem to respect the management and at times this makes for a very unpleasant place to work. Staying out of the crossfire can be stressful. Don't get me wrong, not all of the management is so unpleasant, but it only takes a few (vocal) apples to spoil the bunch.

Pros

The company culture is very friendly, since it is a small company, everyone knows each other and are all nice to you. They help you settle and get into the work as it starts. Option of work from home is there if you are working for a few years. Flexible timings allowed us to enter and leave late as we liked.

Cons

Sometimes when deadlines were approaching the work load increased frantically which signalled to a lack of preparation to finish before deadline. Also I witnessed an employee being berated in front of other employees, which was uncalled for. It should have been done in private.
