    Pros

Exciting company to work for in a fast growing industry. The employees here are very knowledgeable and welcoming/helpful with one another. The management team is receptive to ideas/feedback from employees, which opens communications and promotes growth for the employees and the company.

    Cons

Workload can be high at times, but it's expected in a fast growing company and everyone is willing to lend a hand to help if needed.

    Pros

Good people, great work environment, everyone is approachable in case one has any queries or concerns. I had interned in the company which motivated me to work full time for the same. Lots of opportunities to take more responsibilities and grow.

    Cons

Work load can be a bit too much sometimes, but again it can help learn the art of management and delivering on time.

    Pros

The salary is alright and most of the other employees are pleasant to be around. Some of the problems are interesting.

    Cons

Some members of management are extremely difficult to deal with as they have no real technical ability (some breadth, no depth) and because of this they can confuse knowledge of terminology with intelligence. Some employees have been "dressed down" publically. On the other side of things, few of the analysts seem to respect the management and at times this makes for a very unpleasant place to work. Staying out of the crossfire can be stressful. Don't get me wrong, not all of the management is so unpleasant, but it only takes a few (vocal) apples to spoil the bunch.

    Advice to Management

Some positive reinforcement and patience would go a long way. Unsolicited advice to fellow employees: not all of the ideas from management are terrible.
