Pros
The company culture is very friendly, since it is a small company, everyone knows each other and are all nice to you. They help you settle and get into the work as it starts.
Option of work from home is there if you are working for a few years. Flexible timings allowed us to enter and leave late as we liked.
Cons
Sometimes when deadlines were approaching the work load increased frantically which signalled to a lack of preparation to finish before deadline. Also I witnessed an employee being berated in front of other employees, which was uncalled for. It should have been done in private.
