Pros
- No micromanagement. Working based on feasible goals. - Great culture. Great work ethics. - Solid teams. People who avoid small talk and have a "can-do" attitude. - An inspiring and approachable CEO. - Huge prospect due to recent acquisitions and big investors.
Cons
- Training packages especially those leading to certifications are still small. - Due to the number of acquisitions there's lot's of work to be done in bringing everything together. As it stands the company has roles where people work on 4 different CRMs. - Technical documentation is either great or vacant and until recently there were lots of small, dispersed information silos. Tools like Microsoft Teams and lots of good willed people willing to cover that gap are overturning this con but there's still lot's of work to be done. - There's room for improvement salary wise.
