      Pros

      The local school was fun and got along well. staff got along and had a good time, students too all the time.

      Cons

      Upper management very difficult to work with or reason with. it would be helpful to have more knowledge of the US market

      Pros

      They are flexible with time off and will offer you future opportunities to teach if they liked your teaching and your current contract was short. They are supportive if you have an issue or a problem or need to consultation about a situation in class.

      Cons

      Sometimes their plans change when you arrive at work and you must prepare a totally new lesson in a few minutes (despite your having something planned already). The hire very few teachers full-time (about two) and employ the majority (10ish) part-time only.
