The local school was fun and got along well. staff got along and had a good time, students too all the time.

Cons

Upper management very difficult to work with or reason with. it would be helpful to have more knowledge of the US market

Interesting Experience but more focus on quantity than quality.

Pros

Living and working abroad. Only experience required is being a native english speaker. Interesting experience.

Cons

Not enough training. Not enough focus on quality of education due to number of classes that didn't teach the same lessons.

Friendly environment, staffs are helpful. Have an opportunity to interact with staffs students from all over the world. Energetic environment.

Cons

No directions. Management has no idea what is going on at the location and try to control every single thing. No opportunity to grow.
